Phil was excellent. Very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the unit I needed without overkill. Started this project in the fall so weather impacted the whole process but Phil remained extremely flexible in working with my schedule to complete the installation over an extended period. Overall a fantastic experience and look forward to continuing over the life of this generator.
