I started going here in January and it was really nice. It was the best gym I’ve used. But I had to stop because I had school and working nearly 40 hours a week. I wanted to start going again, but 2 times I’ve gone to try to workout this week, once at 3am and once at 9pm. The barcode scanner was not on and I couldn’t get in. I’m a truck driver was passing through, my last delivery spot was right next door. I went in talked to Jill got all setup and had an amazing workout! People were friendly and she let me use the shower afterwards. I look forward to working out here again if I’m in the area.

We stopped by here in hopes of a great personal trainer but was very disappointed. The staff were cursing as if we weren’t there. Waited almost 30 minutes to speak with it’s just totally unorganized

ADK crossfit is an amazing gym full of extremely friendly members who are consistently guiding and helping everyone who walks into the door!

I thoroughly enjoy ADK CrossFit, I have been going for 7 years now!!. The owners are wonderful and the fairly new programming is fantastic!!! The classes allow for all fitness levels with many options to get in an awesome workout.
