i was the one constantly hitting them up just to know what was goin on. at the end, my insurance payout was trash and these dudes still wanted to get paid like they actually helped. nahhh, never doing that again. big waste of time and money.
I tried calling to get some help, but they just hung up on me and said I had to go in person. That’s really unprofessional and not practical, especially since it could have been solved quickly over the phone. Very disappointing.
Honestly, working with Adjusting 101 was a frustrating experience. They took forever to respond, didn’t keep me updated, and made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Very professional and they communicated every step of the way. He not only got full replacement on my commercial roof but 16 5 ton air conditioning units replaced as well. New insulation and finished it off with TPO.. I was surprised how quickly the process moved. Thanks again!
