Hiring Adjusted Balance has been the best business decision I have ever made. Prior to meeting Danie, we had been thru 3 different accounting firms and were so frustrated with the quality of knowledge and customer care that I was doing most of the work myself or having to double check everything. 2 words of advice. STAY AWAY. As a business owner I have worked with several bookkeeping companies over the last 10+ years and NONE have been as unprofessional as Danie and her "staff" (husband) at Adjusted Balance. I prefer working with companies that don't have so many issues with accountability and who understand what customer service actually means.
