I highly recommend this companies commitment to the customer. When I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on new parts Jeff said "wait a minute". He walked me through diagnosing the problem which resulted in merely needing to resync a controller which after 10 years forgot its connection. You rarely find people who are more interested in helping first, money second. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and quick to assist troubleshooting an adjustable bed we recently purchased at auction. Remote arrived a few days later and the bed works again!!
My control box on my adjustable bed was no longer working or lighting up. Called Adjustable Bed Mart and they returned my call the same day. I ordered a new control box and received it within a week. Once installed I was still having problems and sent an email (on a Sunday) explaining the issue and asking if they could provide me with any advice as to what to do next.
