Style will be acceptable, but you will lose your edges. They are unnecessarily rough with natural hair even down to the blowdrying process. Your scalp will be in pain. Will not be back again
Horrible horrible experience . The lady told me she didn’t know what heat protectant was when going to blow dry my hair . She then began ripping my hair out by combing from the very top of my head to the bottom in one swoop before combing . (I have 4C hair) . I asked her if she could section and add grease , she told me no and that i should just do it myself . Needless to say I left , that was a terrible experience I won’t be going back .

If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. I have never wrote a review about anything in my life but this is something that I believe everyone should be aware of. I went in with a friend of mine and we booked an appointment together a MONTH in advance. Upon arriving the braiders automatically had a unwelcoming vibe about them, like we weren’t supposed to be there. I had called and texted a month in advance to make an appointment for me and my friend. We arrived at 9 and the owner told us she forgot the appointment was for two people so I waited for six hours in the salon. One of the women was open but I was told that she didn’t want to braid my 4c hair? When they finally got to my hair it was 3:30 and we finished at 8:30. 11.5 hour day in total for us.
