CUSTOMER BEWARE .. while there for 5 hours…I witnessed the owner ADJA quote EVERY customer one price and then charge them another at the end. The salon itself was dirty, smelled bad, and had an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. The owner openly talked about customers in another language, not realizing one customer understood everything & exposed her. I liked the style but the owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This wasn’t my first time there. One time I saw her disrespect an employee in front of people while said employee braided my hair. The employee even spoke up about how she felt like the owner was trying to embarrass her in front of people. The most recent time I watched her shout loudly “You don’t have enough money one your card.” To a woman…they rang her card again and it worked. But they made this embarrassing fuss about it. They did such an amazing job with my 10 year old niece. Her hair has never looked better! The owner Adja was quick to help and made the experience even better for us.
