Awesome service. Wanted to give a rating of 10 but it only goes to 5. Master technician and owner (James) gives memorable customer care and accurate repairs. I'm VERY happy with services received and refer my family and friends. They refer their associates as well. Ask for James because he makes sure the job is done right the first time. Thank me later for letting you know they treat you right. Awesome customer service and results.
A special thanks to the ADJ team for assisting me with troubleshooting a problem the dealer overlooked. Also, the owner, James Williams, went over and above trying to determine why my audio system was malfunctioning in my Subaru Outback, eventho it was not the purpose for my visit. It's nice to know we can still get great customer service in 2024.
He is so professional and do a great job..and you feel you was taken care of and not taken advantage of..will continue to come to auto repair mechanic
