She is warm and truly cares about her patients. She is anazing.
Was excited to see Dr. Grover but was unable to. After booking an appointment weeks in advance for an annual physical the office texted me a few days before the appointment to let me know that the appointment had been moved to two weeks out. I had to book with someone else because they couldn’t get me in before my prescriptions would’ve run out. Unprofessional and disappointing.
Dr. Grover is an amazing provider. She is kind, compassionate, and professional.
Nice woman but I went for a yearly physical which is covered by insurance and then because I asked about a prescription change she charged for an office visit. I've seen many others have this same issue with her. It's unbelievable?? I wouldn't recommend just for this weird reoccurrence. Edit: after calling billing they revealed the notes she wrote about our visit saying she treated me for multiple conditions 1 of which i do not have and 2 ive had my entire life. Do not go to this doctor
I am her patient and i can tell you she is great , best primary care over . She helps me any time i go to her office and answer to all my questions . Blessings doctors !!!!!
