Had an appointment today which I made 3 months ago. When I got to the office the door was locked an the dorctor’s name wasn’t listed on the door any more. Didn’t receive a call to inform me of any change or closure. So irritating and a waste of my time.
I went to this doctor's Park Avenue location in January for a general wellness exam, including making sure all my vaccines were up to date. They are in network and made it clear that insurance would cover it. For the appointment itself, it was one of the most unprofessional medical environments I've experienced. They had no paperwork on hand and it took over an hour for standard forms to be faxed from their main location to this one.
