Front office staff and people that answer the phone in some lessons in maners..when a Dr office call you back the lease they can do is leave a message, they are not the only ones that are busy.
I just had a hypertensive crisis, Dt Adithya Matthews did a cardio catheterization and 1 stint in my heart. I initially said No (scared, stressed, difficult) Dr Matthews had excellent patience with me describing thoroughly for second time the reason and procedure. I believe Dr. Adithiya Matthews saved my life!
