We had to deal with a really bad buyer that kept moving the goal posts. During the walkthrough the day before closing they demanded that we completely replace the fireplace which was in working condition. They tried to claim it was unsafe and hazardous. Addison stayed up all night researching the sold homes in our neighborhood and the rules around non ventilated fireplaces. Addison was absolutely amazing to work with. I relocated out of state and she took care of everything in selling my home in CO.
