We bought a house whose main staircase was open on one side and needed a banister installed. It was a pretty weird setup, with a crawlspace between the floors to get around and a partial banister at the top. The owner, Gene, came by and took measurements, said no sweat about the eccentric curve that'd be needed for the rail at the top to get around the crawlspace, and gave us what felt like a fair estimate. I don't know how anyone has left a review for them, they refuse to return any of our calls. We've left more than 5 messages for them. All we wanted is for someone to come out, look at our stairs, give us an estimate, and let us know when they can start. It's not rocket science.

Did an amazing job on my mono stringer open rise stairs and railings! They are also a very hard working team. Friendly and kind and got the job done in a reasonable time especially with how backed up they are due to covid. Thank you all so much
