I don’t understand why so many reviewers are so hard on this place. The staff was very friendly, the view was great the entire ride, and it was a fun overall experience. Only complaint was that there were no cup holders but that was not a big deal.
I’m scratching my head at the bad reviews! A total blast in gorgeous scenery. It’s good to bring a backpack or something with water. People are complaining that the seats are dirty. It’s a sweaty workout outdoors so also good to wear clothes you aren’t super precious about!
The seats were really dirty. Especially the yellow ones. If they are charging 130$,I wish they can atleast change the seats. I m giving 3 stars for crew members. They were good.
The guides were great and friendly. We had a blast on the ride. The river run is a slight incline but nothing we couldn’t manage with 2 adults on each car peddling and 2 kids “helping.”
It was a good workout for 2 older ladies. We completed the 7 mile , Timber ridge rail bike ride. We are planning to do the River Run 6 mile course next. The workers could be more personable then they were. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I recommend to go as a party of 4 adults. We had stess free day of fun.
