I had an MRI on Tuesday on my ankle at Adirondack Radiology on Carey road. Even though my head was not going inside I was terrified as I am seriously claustrophobic. Justus was the kindest most patient technician I have ever encountered. He gave me a test run and never left my side until he felt I could handle it.( He even let me hold his arm and hand when I asked him to when I first got scared starting the MRI) His reassuring me that he would never make me feel like I had to do this if I didn’t want eased my mind. They need to hire more people to answer the phone…. 4 minute wait so far. Just trying to schedule. I don’t have Internet reception so please do not even suggest that. You need staff to answer the phone in the north country!
