Had a new client appointment, called to reschedule due to coming down with covid. Did the responsible thing by trying to move my appointment, when i told them this all of a sudden they couldn’t see me if I had to rescheduled because they wouldn’t be taking new clients anymore. Apparently they don’t care if you have an illness that has killed thousands of people and don’t want to get anyone else sick. So appointment was cancelled indefinitely due to my illness. I do not recommend.
He asked you a question, then cuts u off in mid sentence. This is not occasional it's every time. I always feel like I have stand my ground. He displays this behavior even on telephone visits which are charged the same as in office.
This is a great medical place for pulmonary patients.
