Rick is a great guy (just ask him). He's a fireman who is on the radio so he can be the first on-sight. He scared the heck out of me after I lost everything in a fire with the line that the insurance company would minimize their loss. What happened was that Rick minimized his time. The insurance company paid him up front (NYS Law) and then he virtually disappeared until another payment was due. His percentage of the policy is low, but so is his effort to help you.
