Don't recommend these guys at all, going on 2 months pool still isn't finished, kyle or Chris never get back to you, we have a hole in the liner, rocks under the line, jounts coming apart. Pool was paid in full up front, no ladder, filter was hooked up backwards, buy some place else. Still no return calls!!!!
Rubbish people doing business. BAD. Not acceptable behaviour.
The put in our new pool liner. There are bumps and wrinkles everywhere. It also looks like a shoe lace, or something like it, was left under the liner in the shallow end. For the money we spent, I would not recommend. I also understand they were behind because of the rainy summer, but we would have appreciated more communication.
This amazing Pool Service group …. Is amazing!!!! What other group would respond to a grandmother of three ( who would arrive over Labor Day; she had not opened her poo…… yes, had not opened her pool and it was late August) This GM rocked; the stars aligned; and the pool was perfect!!!!! Thank you Bill and crew!!!! 😁
