1. Had to reinstall the rear valance myself because it was not installed properly on two occasions. 2. Shop said they would install roof rack, but when I took time off from work to bring car in, owner said “he’s not interested” in doing the job. Next time don’t agree to a job and then turn customer away when they come for a scheduled appointment.

I've got plenty to say but don't trust this place at all. Communication is non existence. Work is extremely shabby and they will waste a lot of your time for NOTHING!!!!!

I can not speak highly enough of the team here. I had an emergency issue with my truck and had no idea where to begin. I called Adirondack Offroad up and Ben was able to gather enough information from the few details I could provide. They were kind enough to take the time to fit me into an already jammed schedule to diagnose and repair the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the service provided, pricing, and timing.
