I waited six months to get an appointment at this place. The PA I saw, Needham, was kind and attentive, listened closely and at length to my health concerns - and then prescribed a wholly inappropriate medication for migraine given an underlying condition I reported, which wiped me out for over a month. It did nothing for the migraines and a similar one was offered, which I refused to finish given that the debilitating side effects threatened to put me out of commission for yet another six-week trial. The woman at the front desk with the glasses and the Bob haircut Is extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright condescending I would not recommend this office
I never had an appointment with these people but they falsely told the VA I skipped one. Obviously they are unorganized, which is evident by the fact I couldn't even leave them a voicemail when I called to sort it out due to their inbox being full. I called 3 times with no response therefore....1 star.
I had the worst experience just setting up my first appointment. The desk receptionists rushed me and hung up on me before I could ask follow up questions. I checked the reviews and it looks like this is an ongoing problem.
