The woman at the front desk with the glasses and the Bob haircut Is extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright condescending I would not recommend this office
I never had an appointment with these people but they falsely told the VA I skipped one. Obviously they are unorganized, which is evident by the fact I couldn't even leave them a voicemail when I called to sort it out due to their inbox being full. I called 3 times with no response therefore....1 star.
I had the worst experience just setting up my first appointment. The desk receptionists rushed me and hung up on me before I could ask follow up questions. I checked the reviews and it looks like this is an ongoing problem.
Have had the prescribed test before, Dr. Lenihan explained the testing told me when there might be discomfort. I left the office with a smile and diagnosed. Shout out to the staff also. Thanks for all.
