My partner has had two visits there. Absolutely the best hospital we have spent time in, bar none. Everybody on staff, from the MDs to the custodial folks were invariably friendly and ready to help in any way they could. The medical care was great. The buildings are not modern, but everything is clean and well taken care of. We could not be happier with the care that she received there. I just hope UVM Medical Center doesn't try to take them over. That would be a disaster.

I was there for surgery on 12/19/23, I had to stay two nights and the med surg floor was absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind and caring. Dr. Hill did my surgery and I would recommend him to anyone! His PA came to see me first thing the next morning to see how I was doing and then she came again with Dr. Hill in the afternoon to check on me again.
