Unfortunately this Emergency department is so poorly managed and incompetent lykins operated it can actually be dangerous and unsafe. Many of the nurses are overwhelmed and showing anger and hostility toward patients who are seeking help. The Doctors that I've experienced there seem to be overwhelmed and frustrated as well. There is clear systematic and prevalent incompetence at a level that can surely be and is unsafe for the patients that end up there. I have heard nothing but great things from people about this place.
The guy they have as the front desk receptionist at the Redfield medical center is about as unprofessional as they come..
My total experience with the Urology Services group has been exceptional. Dr. Riddell performed two procedures for me both on short notice, late in the evening, and very successful. He is calm, attentive, and obviously skilled. My office follow-up was with Jill Hess, PAC. She was pleasant, thorough, responsive, and explained what she did and planned to do and why. I highly recommend this practice.
