We had Mark, Rolland, and Matt help get mini splits installed in our first home. They worked with us to make sure we had the right system for our home. This team provided amazing professionalism, customer service, and expertise!

We had an issue with the temperature on one of our mini split units, and Mark from Mitsubishi was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely responsive—got back to us within minutes—and even offered a quick call. Amazingly, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue remotely without needing a site visit. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. We’re extremely satisfied with the support and highly recommend Mark to anyone needing Mitsubishi service.
This is our second Mitsubishi heat pump although we had planned to go with a cheaper propane heater in our newly built garage shop but costed out burying a propane tank + heater with outside venting and the heat pump with the last of the rebates was a better deal in the long run PLUS it can cool in the summer (80*).
