We recently had two mini splits installed and are very happy with the results. Our contact with ADK Heat pumps started with Mark Sauter. He returned my initial contact right away and set up the field visit. Glen, Joe and Rachel walked through the installation with me and told me step by step what was going to happen. It turned out beautifully with Matt finishing up the job. He gave us operating and maintenance instructions.
