The EMT recommended this venue, and I'm so glad I listened. Everyone who worked on me was extremely kind and professional. Barely felt the IV and the blood draw.
I was from out of town and I was injured on a hike. I went in around 9:30 on a Saturday night for a sprained ankle and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Incredibly fast service once in the ER, all the staff were polite and very professional. The entire visit was under an hour. Best ER visit I’ve ever had, incredibly grateful to all involved!
The staff at the Adirondack Medical Center’s Emergency Room are fabulously talented and caring. The Lake communities of Placid, Tupper, and Saranac are blessed to have these wonderful healthcare professionals available when the need arises.
Easily 5 stars, prompt, friendly, thorough, quick but attentive. The NP Terry was amazing! Thankful for them!
