My total experience with the Urology Services group has been exceptional. Dr. Riddell performed two procedures for me both on short notice, late in the evening, and very successful. He is calm, attentive, and obviously skilled. My office follow-up was with Jill Hess, PAC. She was pleasant, thorough, responsive, and explained what she did and planned to do and why. I highly recommend this practice.

Just wanted to say how happy I am with the care I just received at Adirondack Health! Was visiting LP for night when I fell ill and had to be taken by ambulance to AH. Once there, I required emergency surgery and stay an other night to recover. All the staff from the ER to the 3rd floor nurses and docs were amazing and compassionate. And Dr’s Sczcek and Hill, my surgeons were top notch. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was above what I thought I might encounter in a smaller, upstate facility. I cannot say enough about the care that my sister recently received at Adirondak Health. My family was visiting Saranac Lake for a memorial service for a family member. Kim started to not feel well and within a few days went to the ER thinking she had bronchitis. It turned out that she had a severe case of double pneumonia and a blood clot on her lung.
