It is a pleasure to review Adirondack Floating Dock Shop. It is a family run local company. From our first encounter with Lisa, we felt we were treated professionally. We are novices to lake life and docks. Lisa and Joe were patient and worked with us to achieve our needs. I ordered a non floating aluminum dock for my 1 acre pond, from this place. It cost nearly $8,000.00. I was told it would last indefinitely, so, the price seemes high but the product appeared to be very good. I was assured it would live through the ice of winter, with only a small amount of damage easily repaired, at worst, and probably no damage at all. Lisa is a true professional. I had a lot of questions and changed my configuration numerous times and her engagement was always prompt and positive. I shopped around and Lisa was able work with me and get everything configured to my specifications. We set a timeframe for delivery about 5 months in advance and Joe and his team were there on schedule. What I though would have been an all day installation was done in 2 hours.
