Excellent communication and customer service. The quality of the dock and and assories are outstanding.
DO NOT use this company. I am only giving them one star because that is the default setting. They "installed" a dock on our property in Lake George that was 100% UNusable. It was not attached to our shoreline properly and it literally floated away. Joe knew it wasn't going to work in our area yet, he and his crew installed it anyway. We have been extremely happy with our floating dock from the Adirondack Floating Dock Shop. Lisa was so helpful with the design, very thorough, and her knowledge and experience with the product gave us confidence with our order. Installation was a breeze. The design of the dock allows it to be quickly assembled and reassembled in the Spring and the Fall. I have accepted that I have to wait whenever I arrange for something up in the Adirondacks. I had started researching getting a new dock late in the summer and I had all but given up on getting it before next year.
