My son’s appointment was 11:45. We got here 5 minutes early and we are still in the waiting room(12:10pm). I just asked how much longer we will be waiting and I was told at least 15 more minutes. So our appointment will start approximately 40 minutes late. Yet if I were to be 10 minutes late, I’d be sent away.

I have no insurance but needed my nose cauterized. Receptionist said she couldn’t tell me a price but I could make payments. Was told I needed to go back 3-4 more times. Got bill in mail for $4200.00 for ONE visit. Disgusted. I will never recommend or go here again.
