I own the properties in the area and just discovered the Dog House last summer. I stop there everytime I drive from Rochester to Inlet. While up in Inlet have lunch there most of the time. Great owner and great food.

By far the best hot dog I’ve ever had. And the best service as well. The kitchen is immaculately clean. The owners are very nice people. Will be a new stop each time I come to old forge.

For a place called Adirondack dog House I'd think the dogs would be epic. They were ok...nothing to write home to mom about but good either way. The lady behind the counter was delightful and treated the kids with a few jokes. Plenty of food for the price. I'd stop again if needed.
