Driver was over 30 minutes late and never called to say he was going to be late so I called the company and they said oh he’ll be there yet. I explained that I waited to see this specialist for 6 months and that they cancel my appointment if I’m a half hour late. She said well there’s nothing she can do . I said I find this unacceptable and am going to to file a complaint . I cannot say enough about these folks! They are super reliable, friendly, professional, and affordable. From the two amazing ladies who answer the phone and coordinate the rides to the two different gentlemen who drove me each way—everyone was absolutely superb. Their vehicles are also top-notch mechanically and aesthetically. Thank you, thank you. You’re the best!
