This bank is a joke I would give them 0 rating if I could … called them to make a payment over the phone for my insurance and have been trying for 5 times and they tell me you are putting the 3 digit code incorrectly after I done it with them on the phone and says that’s their error no help I am putting correct blame you for it and than tell you call the insurance as only way to make payment is online this bank is a jokeeeee no help the teller laughed I had fo repeat my self 3 times to be transferred to manager to assist I h... read more
Worst bank ever, they emerged with arrow bank and they took 20.00 from my account for a incoming money transfer. I'm closing my account with this bank.
I'M on SsI and Adirondack bank took 82 dollars out of My account without any authorization from me..They are theives..please be careful ..Adirondack Bank cannot be Trusted with your money..They will take what you don't have and then say you over draft..it's a way to suck money from you..According to them it's there POLICY..
