Tried to open an account with them once. The woman was nice at first, but I couldn't qualify for an account, so did she have to he turn into an instant Biatch? Now I'm in financially great shape and own my own freight transportation business. This bank is owned locally by the owners of local McDonalds restaurants, I believe.
Great Folks and they have plenty of patience with the Great people of Utica NY.
I’ve been a member with Adirondack Bank for over 5 years, what a mistake, and it’s sad because I support local business but they do not care about their local people, they are also not willing to work with you, they tell you one thing do another, I’ve gotten endless $38 fees $25 fees that they keep adding on even after they told you they closed your account. Terrible bank, stingy owner, they could care less about the clients. Better off going to a large corporate bank. Awful experience here
