Unfortunately, the day of our tubing adventure, one of our children got sick. I dropped off the rest of our party, and asked if they would consider refunding at least one of our two tickets that we pre-purchased. I understand they have a no refund policy, without 24 hrs notice. No one can know they will wake up being sick with a fever ahead of time. Class 3 rapids have never been more fun. Staff have a sense of humor and will entertain you for the hour long boat ride over the Sacandaga River and it's class 1-3 rapids.

I went with my 9-year-old daughter to do the tree-top ropes course and ziplining. The guide, Sydney, was excellent and clearly explained how to use the safety harness and zipline trolley so that my daughter could navigate the course independently. I have not been to a tree-top ropes course before, so I cannot speak to the quality or challenge, but my daughter really enjoyed this activity and felt a great sense of accomplishment from completing it. I felt challenged, too!
