Turning 65 on Monday 10/14 I wanted to go for a zip lining experience that weekend. The two employees were extremely helpful. There was an obstacle course you had to get through that I wasn’t sure I really could do. But the guys were phenomenal helping all 9 of us make it thru. They really helped me a lot and everyone cheered me through the course. It was physical but a great experience!! One more thing off my bucket list. Thank you for all the help guys!! Donna M.
A great trip for the youth group! The staff was not only very experienced, but also extremely patient as they taught the children step by step how suit up, lock in and out of each section of the tree top adventure, and zip line! This was a great confidence booster for everyone that came. Thank you for an experience they will always remember. We look forward to returning next year!
Brought our 12 YO grandson and a friend to do the ropes and zip lining course. It was a great experience. The course is so well set up to keep them moving through increasingly more difficult tasks to build their confidence and ability to do more and more independently. Katelyn, their guide gave great instruction, assistance and modeling. They caught on quickly and felt very accomplished at the end. I highly recommend this experience!
Accidentally booked 6 people for zipline the day before (less than 24 hours before) at this Adirondack park instead of the ziplining park we wanted to book at. $312 for the 6 of us. When we arrived at the wrong park, we realized our mistake. Asked for a refund and they flat out said "no." They lost us as future customers and now received bad press at the cost of $312.
