I would absolutely do another tour with Adios Adventure Travel in the future. They were excellent to work with for booking, communicative and informative with emails to help us pack and plan for the trip, and our guide, Vidal, was incredibly professional throughout, even when the circumstances took unexpected turns. It was one of the most memorable adventures I have ever had. Vidal was an outstanding guide for our visit to Machu Picchu! He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of this remarkable place. I used Adios Adventure Travel to arrange a private 2 day hike to Machu Picchu for 3 people. It was great. They helped with the logistics so much. We planned early in January for an August trip and they helped use decide which circuit tours and hikes to take. I found that Machu Picchu can be logistically very challenging. I was so glad we had a guide. We were in Ollantaytambo when there was fire near Machu Picchu which closed down the train for almost 24 hours. We had such a great experience with Vidal, our guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire Machu Picchu experience so much smoother—from coordinating the bus and entrance times to meeting us directly at our hotel. His English was excellent, and he shared so much fascinating information not only about Machu Picchu, but about Incan history and culture more broadly. I went on an almost two-week trip with Adios, and the entire thing was awesome! Each day we did fun activities, had pretty good meals, and thanks to Vidal, our guide, we got everywhere on time, and nobody got lost. I would definitely recommend Adios to anyone who wants a well-prepared adventure!
