He used to be my mother’s endocrinologist from 2011-2015. Dr Alavi was the worse and most unprofessional doctor in the state of Illinois. That’s why he got kicked out of advocate medical group. He would always insult my mother for during her appointment and made her cry after them. He has no control over his mouth. He inflicted so much trauma for her mental health for doctors appointments. Unfortunately I need to see my Endocrinologist. Rather than offer an alternative or quicker option. My appointment was pushed over a month into the future with a "Good Luck." Insulin dependent diabetes waits for no man. I wish Doctor Caleros staff would try harder to accommodate the patients.... Fortunately I was wait listed and got a spot.

My mother will run out of her thyroid medication in under a week, and this doctor refuses to refill her medication, even though he has blood work. (They did not bother to call with the blood work results until 2 months after the fact.) And they do not have an available appointment until 2 months from now. That would leave my mother without thyroid medication for 2 months. This is very unsafe to go without this medication because she can suffer heart damage among other things.
