Staff does not relay messages to the Dr. Medication refills seem to fall by the wayside...if the staff even puts them in to the pharmacy...Dr does not seem to have a clear sense of urgency, does not return phone calls, probably because the Spanish secretary doesn't know what needs to be relayed to the Dr with urgency. This Dr is out of the office more than she is there, most days she only comes in half a day, if that...leaves a lot to be desired...
The worst doctor ever! Unbelievably long wait times, lack of urgency on lab results (a month was how long it took to get a urinalysis) and did not refill a very much needed medication for a diabetic two weeks after being asked to do so. This woman is the worst excuse for a doctor I have ever seen!
