I have been buying climbing shoes from FiveTen who is now part of adidas for 20 years, I have noticed a decrease in quality in the last few years but it has been tolerable but I bought shoes this fall and they fell apart in 5 days of use. I contacted customer service multiple times with no support and then a I called and was told multiple times that the shoes were not from adidas with no support from the person on the phone. I will never buy an adidas shoe or FiveTen ever again.
I enjoyed going to this store but apparently they closed during lock down
