Poor experience cashier follow my son because he bounce soccer ball once stating a no bounce policy when I asked what happen she just said no bounce policy came back to talk to manager Charles and after a brief talk he showed me the door will never recommend anyone to ever come to this store again.why is this store getting positive reviews is really sucks I would give it 0 stars get another job really where you can be miserable without dealing with customers.
5 staff working. All sitting talking to themselves not helping at all. Would not recommend at all
Shopping experience was uncomfortable. I was trying on shoes and walking around to test the fit, which I think is normal before buying. An employee asked if I was actually buying them, and later I was specifically questioned about where another pair of Ultraboosts was and asked to show where I had left them. I understand loss prevention, but I felt unnecessarily watched and treated with suspicion. I still purchased two pairs, but the customer service could have been handled much more professionally.
Tried to go in at 6:45p, says online they close at 7p. Security wouldn’t let us in.
