I asked if they had a particular jacket in my size, and both the manager and staff said they didn’t. When I asked them to check the system—something they didn’t offer to do—they said it was out of stock. But when I got home, I downloaded the app, found it available, and ordered it with free shipping to my home. It’s frustrating when employees don’t seem willing to do even the basics to help.
It should close!
