Josh was very attentive; he was able to help me relax and then focused on working out the many knots that had accumulated in my back and shoulders. 10/10 would recommend.
Yesterday was my first time at Adica and I had a wonderful experience. Josh was great! I went in with limited range of motion in one of my arms and was in a lot of pain. He was able to find an area in my shoulder to focus on. Today, my range of motion is much better and I’m in a lot less pain. So grateful to be experiencing some relief. Thank you so much, Josh!!
I needed a TMJ massage due to a recent injury; Joshua was amazing! I found a huge difference after the 1st session! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
