They have a tech come out ******* strange hours he made me pay $200 for nothing car door still in same condition this place scam I had call my bank back to get my money back
Terrible. I needed a padlock opened. The employee said $145. When I protested he changed it to $85. It took him only one minute to do the job. This fee was outrageous. The company will rip you off. Beware.
Customer service is trash!!! I had a key replaced 2 weeks ago and it went out! I called to get it fixed they told me they can’t come til the following day in the afternoon, meanwhile I’m stranded
I called to book a locksmith to change our locks before moving into a new home. I was quoted a price for $35 per lock, a service fee of $50, and a fee of $29 to arrive at the property for the initial inspection. There was no indication this price would change unless the number of locks increased from my initial quote. When the technician arrived, he said the price was $65 a lock, $75 for service fee and $29 for arriving to look at the locks.
