Dr. Lador was very professional and listened to my concerns. She explained everything to me and made sure she understood my concerns and that I understood what she was explaining to me. Everyone on her staff is very friendly and efficient. My Chart is a wonderful tool.
Dr. Lador and her staff are top shelf. Any issues and they are right on it, speaking with me and sharing their thoughts and opinions. I have total faith in her work along with her staff.
The Doctor is knowledgeable in her field, however, her manners are less to be desired. After telling me more tests are required. She insisted on not listening to me, and thought it was a grand idea to interpret while explaining life circumstances. Also, they required more blood work, the TOLD me that inhad to bring the blood sample back to them, i was also mis informed on how may samples were to be taken. It was a positive visit with new information I needed.
Dr. Lador was very kind. We felt very comfortable as she explained the issue of the pacemaker. She answered our questions in a way that we understood. We have confidence in her as our Doctor.
