Terrible customer service. Please teach your front representatives that how to treat customers. I went in to get price for door contact and he asked me to see it on computer screen. He didn’t ask me if I have a registered company or I work for any company. I asked him if I can buy it without company. He misbehaved me saying I shouldn’t even show you the price. Once the ownership changed, everything went to shit. Never order from here. TL;DR, I ordered a product for 300, they secretly refunded me without me knowing and now are charging me 2x the price. 600+! Contractors consider this a warning. We were long-time customers of ADI, but they have completely lost our trust. They have repeatedly charged our credit card without authorization, seemingly hoping we wouldn’t notice. We’ve been overbilled multiple times, and the issues go unresolved for long periods, yet if the situation were reversed, they’d be chasing payment immediately.
