Contractors consider this a warning. We were long-time customers of ADI, but they have completely lost our trust. They have repeatedly charged our credit card without authorization, seemingly hoping we wouldn’t notice. We’ve been overbilled multiple times, and the issues go unresolved for long periods, yet if the situation were reversed, they’d be chasing payment immediately.
