Great customer service
Terrible customer service and deceitful! Purchased an item 10 days ago and was told it would take 5-10 days and now I'm told the order was just processed because of their error and it's gong to take an extra 10-15 days! To top it off, they increased the purchased price by $400 because they said the price advertised is an old price? When I told the agent I want to cancel the order because of the aforementioned, he said alright, without any hesitation. Great service! Amazing how they're still in business!
Just stay away... Tried to open an account and not a good experience.
