They need to update their Google hours for Fridays. Google says they are open until 5:30pm and they close at 5pm. They also lock the doors 5minutes before they close, which is ridiculous. Why lock the doors when you are still open? Makes absolutely no sense.
FIRST PROBLEM: I got an RMA from Hikvision for a replacement camera. ADI wouldn’t honour it. They closed my account because they said I was inactive for too long. (Word of caution: Don’t get cancer. If you do, definitely don’t follow it with a year and a half of dealing with pneumonia. These people used to be a pleasure to deal with. But, the new guys are abrupt and rude and thoughtless.) Friendly and helpful staff. Only one problem no return if packages are opened.
Please fix the website! Stock quantities on the website are not accurate. A battery I wanted to buy was showing over 20 in stock in Edmonton but when I went to the store they didn’t have any.
