What a joke of a business. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very inconsistent company. Secretary can be rude on the phone. We were scheduled to have someone come out no later than Wednesday and it was a no call no show. We are having issues with our Electro Freeze machine. We call on Thursday and no one can give an answer as to why no one ever showed to look at the machine. Now we are supposedly on a list to be scheduled for a service tech to come out and look at our machine that is not working properly.
