Adam and his team at ADI Benefits have provided excellent customer service for our business over the past couple of years. We have a Health Spending Account which gives our employees flexibility to use their extended benefits in a way that meets their needs during the year. We find this option great for our employees, but also allows us to control costs on a yearly basis. ADI Benefits is so easy to use via their phone app. All I do is take a photo of my health care receipts and send it off. Easy peasy. Adam is great to work with, helpful and knowledgeable. A no brainer option for this small business.

Adam from ADI Benefits talked frankly and openly about my options for employee benefits plans and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on anything. When we talked about my needs, it was refreshing to realize that he was actually talking about MY needs - not his company's! When I asked about a more expensive product and he told me I didn't need it, that was all the proof I needed! I'm incredibly happy with the coverage I have, and I can't recommend ADI Benefits highly enough.
