I don’t know why I didn’t review this place sooner but I had an “assessment” done back in either 2021 or 2022 doesn’t matter that much, I was on their waiting list for months then paid $1200 to have an assessment done if you can even call it that, was told I had to subscribe to their website to access my results which was about $70 a year. WASTE of MONEY. Saw ADHD WA in Nov 2025 - wasted $1600 to get my son assessed just to receive a formal report that none of the 20+ paediatricians in WA accepts. Wish I would ahve seen a paed straight away would havew saved my child 1 year of wait-times, stigma and trauma.

I put myself on the waitlist in 2024 for ADHD WA and was contacted in 2025 to discuss making an appointment. The assessment was first offered to my child, and an appointment was booked. Throughout the phone calls and emails involving both me and my child’s father (who works FIFO and we are divorced), there were issues with their administrative software not allowing more than one contact to be added to the file. Came for help with my ADHD / ODD son. Was given a teeny bopper counsellor who probably isn’t even a parent. Was not suggesting any of the standard things I hadn’t tried. She suggested ignoring his destructive (our home) and abusive (often physical) behaviour - which for example school won’t tolerate - that equates to expulsion (which we went though in year 1).
