They were unprofessional, rude, arguing back & forth on who was going to load the dingo. When we got home the tie downs had come loose. We used it less than 8 hours but was charged for 2 days because no one was there Saturday due to graduation. We feel someone should have been at the office for the return of the dingo. We will never ever recommend this company! They were ripoff-scammers! DO NOT USE!! D DAVIS
