Excellent as always. Professional and timely.
Its the worst customer service and medical advice ever First of all i was given wrong dosage of medicines which my body could not handle. and when i was trying to call them and message them about my symptoms they are not willing to reply to that. I did multiple calls, sent voicemails, and messaged on their health portal to seek help and medical advice, they did not care to reply at all (I called in office hours) Now I am sicker than before!
I have been a patient for several years. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are wonderful and have been keeping me healthy for years.
My appointment was on a Thursday afternoon and was a great time to come as far as being busy. Service was fast and very efficient. Knowledgeable front desk. As for Dr. Grade, very friendly with great bedside manner. He knew exactly what I needed and made sure my meds were provided timely, and accurately. Set up my appointment with Denise for my Endoscopy and she was very pleasant! I recommend ADH- Baseline West.
I just wish I had known the cost of my therapy BEFORE I began treatments!!!!!!! I was told that they didn't know the price until they submitted the paperwork !! I was also told that they would give me information for patient assistance . My first bill came after I already had two infusions!! And I was declined by AHCCCS Medical assistance, AND ENTYVIO !! If I had known this information in advance, I would have made another decision about what treatment I would have chosen!! I do have insurance, but my co-pay is $3,300. 00 !!... read more
