When doing business with customers it's important to to be honest in your business dealing with all customers male or female to come in and get diagnosed and get a price for 8000.00 for transmission and catalytic converter is insane car taking to dealer and it was a minor issue total cost 900.00 . Your business should be ashamed for trying to rip off a woman that had put her trust in you.
