Called the office for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment. I am not a new patient and they never returned my phone call. For your health go somewhere that cares.
I had a very bad experience before ever making it in the door. I spoke to the receptionist after confirming with my insurance that their providers accept it. She scheduled my appointment and called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that they do not take my insurance. I called insurance again, confirmed that they do, in fact, cover those providers, got a direct number for them to call to confirm and called back the office to give them this info. Excellent counseling center. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful professionals. The psychiatrist, Dr. Keshavan, is the best I have ever encountered. She was able to come up with amazing insights after observing and speaking with my son for one session. Our family will never go to any other office for these type of services.
