Never answer the phone. Don't respond to emails. Useless health centre. The phone line hangs up after 30mins on hold. Lack of service directly reducing ADF capability.
I was extremely frustrated when I arrived at 7:30 for a sick parade to address my chronic back pain, only to be told that the physio therapist was booked for the day. Unfortunately, this has happened to me before, and it is a huge disappointment that JHC is not doing all they can to ensure that people who need medical care get it when they need it. This is unacceptable and it is imperative that JHC takes steps to improve this situation and prioritize the care of those in need.
